Purchasing value add properties allows us to have significant equity upside in our assets.
Properties could be classified as “Underperforming” because they are being managed inefficiently, are outdated, and/or below market rent.

We partner with 3rd party property managers that specialize in “Value Add” multifamily.
We work with them to help create a construction plan that they will execute on the property.
They also implement their property management systems so that the property is operating efficiently.

Once construction is complete and new management processes are implemented the properties are filled with high quality vetted residents.

Depending on the unique business plan for the properties we have the option to refinance or sell.
A refinance results in the return of some or even all of investor capital while they maintain their ownership. A sale means investor capital and profits from the sale are distributed back to the investors.
